Lanscape Maintenace
During growing season most landscapes need to be touched once or twice a month. This includes flower beds clean up, bush/shrub trimmed, re-mulch beds, tree trimmed, plant seasonal flowers. We also do new landscape installations.
Sprinkler Systems
Whether is a small leak or a valve needs to be located for maintenance or repair. Add a tree or a zone for a new flower bed. We have the experience and tools to help you.
Masonry
Masonry edges make a huge curb appearance. They help a lot kepp materials in its place and to separate grass from landscapes. We make custom masonry edges around flower beds, tree ring, or walk ways. This can be made of any material as brick, rocks, flagstone, and pavers.
Trees, bushes/shrubs and perennials warranty.
Over the time we have realized that the mainly cause of dead trees and bushes, is an inappropriate plantation and lack of water. We have pulled out a lot of dead trees, the first thing that we recognize is that the roots didn’t develop properly. This is cause because at the time of planting the hole was not dig wide enough and the fill dirt was to compact. To overcome this problem we make sure to dig a hole wide enough for the tree to stablish new roots. In addition to that we fill the hole with 80% compost and 20% local dirt. Add root establisher, and proper fertilizer.
Talking with costumer over the time, a lot of dead trees and shrubs were watered with lawn sprinklers. This is another cause of trees to die out. How trees might need more water time or more water days specially on the first year. To fix this we recommend installing a zone specially to water trees or install a water bag.
That being said we offer a one year total REPLACEMENT warranty on all trees, bushes, and perennials planted by us.
